Most sidewalks, curbs, and driveways in NYC are constructed with untinted concrete because it provides a uniform appearance and meets typical infrastructure requirements. Over time, weathering may slightly change its color, but the concrete retains its structural properties when properly maintained. Untinted concrete is commonly selected where decorative finishes are unnecessary.
